No Refunds Will be Permitted. Product must be exchanged for another product of equal or greater Value. All exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing the hair.
Sila's Hair Boutique only offers high quality hair and hair products. All of our hair goes through a rigorous process in order to assure excellent quality. Our products are all packaged and shipped from our U.S warehouse. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product.
We do not exchange any hair that has been changed or altered in any way (colored, processed, cut, removed from weft, etc). Hair that is altered in any way voids all returns and exchanges. We cannot accept hair that has been worn due to federal regulations.
In order to received full credit for the exchange we should be emailed or called to discuss the reason for the exchange. All hair should be in the original packaging an original state to receive full credit. Once the product is received it will be thoroughly examined. If hair is unused we will process the exchange in 2-3 business days.
It is very unlikely but if a manufacturer defect is found we will exchange the product for a similiar product. All issues should be reported within 7 days for manufacturing defects. Altering the hair (coloring, bleaching, cutting from weft, cutting, etc) in any way voids all exchanges. Sila's hair Boutique reserves the right to check all defects to determine if it was from the manufacturer or not. The shipping cost for all manufacturer defect exchanges will be paid for by Sila's Hair Boutique. Shipping will be deducted from the exchange if hair defect was not cause by the manufacturer.
